Android vs Windows 11 Connection

Leo F2S, FS1 V2 and Satisfyer Men Vibration+ connect on Android but not on laptop. I swear they did before the last release and they show in the disconnected list. They throw error messages in the logs which I’m happy to send but haven’t gotten any response. They show connected on bluetooth on the laptop. I may need some direction on the Intiface configuration to make sure all the settings are correct.

We don’t tend to look at logs sent in unless they’re related to a thread like this.

Before we dig in, can I confirm that when you say the devices work on Android, are you referring to Intiface on Android or the vendor apps?

Initially I said Satisfyer + and Lelo F1S V2X ran on Android connecting through Intiface to FapTap but I have to reboot phone after every termination of use or the Intiface engine will not start nor respond to manual attempt to start it, even if I close the app and bring it up again on Android.
Lelo F2S will not run on either Windows 11 or Android and throws an error message and requires phone reboot to get the engine to run again on Android.
On Win 11 the other two connect to bluetooth on the laptop when Intiface launches but the F2S doesn’t and if I connect manually on the laptop first, when I launch Initface it throws an error message on Intiface.
With the F1S V2X as long as I use Chrome browser to connect to FapTap it works fine if I hit the on button again when it first stops blinking after launching and scanning on Intiface.

The Satisfyer + performs the same way as the F1S V2X if I follow the same steps

If any of this is unclear, let me know.

Ok, so we know we have issues with the F2S (there was an initial success reported, but I’m doubtful of that now).

The F1S will need the power button being tapped after initial connection before it’ll respond, but I haven’t retested it with IC3 yet.

The Satisfyer needs to be paired before it’ll let Intiface control it. On mobile, the Satisfyer app probably did this already before Intiface there ran. On desktop, there’s a couple of extra steps: Satisfyer | Intiface Software

Got it. Further note: Switched from Edge to Chrome browser and all connections (except for the Lelo FS2 as you noted) work smoother and reliably. Also installed the TPLink 4.0 USB dongle on my desktop and that fixed some bluetooth issues I’ve had for ages. As for Android, I can’t recreate the failure mode I was having that required rebooting the phone. If I do, I’ll let you know. Appreciate the support. Devices run on their native apps o.k..
