Cannot connect to Kiroo Keon via bluetooth

my Keon kiroo cannot connect via bluetooth, i get the configuration error message, any ideas ?

That looks like it’s disabled in the devices tab

Hi I got it working but going to intiface central and settings then resetting these both options
