The IoST Index marks it as fully functioning with Buttplug.io/Intiface Central, and Intiface Central DOES recognize it, but it marks it as having 0% battery, as well as the log saying it has no viable protocols when trying to make it vibrate.
Just to note, it IS charged and the Folove app itself does work with the device and recognizes its charge and makes it vibrate.
