Keon not connecting to Intiface Central

Hi, I wonder if anyone may be able to help with the issue I’m having. I have just bought a Kiiroo Keon and am trying to connect to Intiface (version 2.6.7) through Windows 11, I can see through the log that intiface can find my Keon but it is not connecting or appearing on the list of devices. There are no errors or warnings in the log. I’ve also tried to connect on windows 10 and android and get the same result on each. The Keon wasn’t paired/connected to any other device while I was trying to connect to intiface and the blue lights were flashing as intended. I can connect to the FeelConnect app on android without issue though so the Keon does seem to be working fine!

I can see a few others seem to be having the same issue I’m having but no one has seemed to have had any luck in solving it yet, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I am having the same exact issue as you. I got my Keon today. I can’t find anything anywhere other than your post describing this issue. Do you have the box still with the Batch number?

Yeah I still have the box, batch No. AMS-11061-0325


I’m still no further forward in finding a solution but I do now see there’s a mention in the log that there are no viable protocols for ‘Keon Wifi’. Again any suggestions on a possible solution would be much appreciated!

Same exact problem on me. Got a new Keon around a week ago and it won’t connect. I can see the same messages in the logs that were shared here already.

We have new Keon’s and are working on adding support for the updated hardware.
