Hi, I wonder if anyone may be able to help with the issue I’m having. I have just bought a Kiiroo Keon and am trying to connect to Intiface (version 2.6.7) through Windows 11, I can see through the log that intiface can find my Keon but it is not connecting or appearing on the list of devices. There are no errors or warnings in the log. I’ve also tried to connect on windows 10 and android and get the same result on each. The Keon wasn’t paired/connected to any other device while I was trying to connect to intiface and the blue lights were flashing as intended. I can connect to the FeelConnect app on android without issue though so the Keon does seem to be working fine!
I can see a few others seem to be having the same issue I’m having but no one has seemed to have had any luck in solving it yet, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
