Nope. That’s a Muse device (which uses Bluetooth in a way that can’t be supported on most desktops)

Damn, I have exactly that toy but indeed can’t connect it to IC. It’s still plenty fun with just the app, but now I wish I’d found out about IC earlier so I would’ve gotten myself a compatible toy…
