Mobile phone can't connect to hush 2

On Mobile, whenever I start scanning, I only get the same error that cycles roughly every second. “Device errored while trying to connect: Device type specific error: Btleplug error: Not connected.” I attached a picture of the log showing what happens when I start scan. Do not know much about this stuff, so if I do need to do something plz explain like I’m a child if possible. Just updated app, but this has been happening for about a month before updating too.
