I got a new phone, and the other one is broken, so I can’t unpair it. I’ve been trying to reset it, with no luck. I try and hold the button down, but I only get 2 vibrations instead of the three, and there’s no five beeps or anything after I hold the button down for 10 seconds, So I know it’s not resetting. It won’t let me connect, or reset, and I don’t know what to do
You need to hold the power button down for ~15 seconds. It’ll pulse once, then twice then more times before you release the button.
I can’t remember if that model has 1 or 2 buttons: if it’s 2, try with both.
