Hi! I’m having trouble getting a JoyHub device to fully connect in Intiface Central (v3.0.4)
Device: JoyHub ROSELLA4 (Purple)
Intiface can discover the device and logs the following:
1691.006 Device J-ROSELLA4 (PeripheralId (FF:26:03:E5:52:5E)) found
However, it never progresses to a connection; no connect option appears and it just stays discovered. The toy does not appear on the IoST Index (only the Rosella 2 is listed), so I suspect it may not have a protocol implementation yet.
Steps already tried for the ROSELLA4:
- Confirmed toy is in pairing mode (LED blinking)
- Stopped and restarted scanning multiple times
- Toggled phone Bluetooth off and back on
- Confirmed Intiface has all necessary Bluetooth permissions
- Toy is NOT paired in the phone’s OS Bluetooth settings
Is the ROSELLA4 using the JoyHub v6 protocol that’s been reported as problematic? Any chance of adding support? Happy to provide any additional logs or info that would help. Thanks!
