Svakom Erica connected but not doing anything

Hi!
I tried setting up my new toy for Overstim but when I connected it to Intiface, I got the message
“No viable protocols for hardware BluetoothLE(BluetoothLESpecifier { names: {‘BF720’}, manufacturer_data: [BluetoothLEManufcurerData { company: 1553, data: Some([0]) }], advertised_services: {0000181d-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}, services: {} }), ignoring”

The device shows up as connected but it doesn’t do anything. Is there a way to fix this?

Where is the device showing as connected?

It’s showing as a connected device on Intiface Central.

Ok, so the log entry in your first post is unrelated then. When you say the Erica doesn’t do anything, are you trying to control it with the slider in the devices tab? Is there a client connected?

I’ve tried it with the slider when it’s just in Intiface central. I’ve tried it when connected to Overstim

And there was no reaction in either case? Was overstim connected when you were trying the sliders in Intiface?

No reaction at all. Not when it was connected to Overstim and not when it wasn’t connected to Overstim.

That’s really odd. I’d expect it to either not be detected or just work. Not responding to commands is very strange. Can you send in your logs? You’ll find them in C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\com.nonpolynomial\intiface_central\logs

Ok. How do I send them? It doesn’t let me upload a text file here and there are too many characters to post the whole thing

Honestly, we do 99% of support through discord - the these forums are more typically used for long term semi-documention guides, etc. I hadn’t realised you couldn’t just upload your logs. Maybe try https://betterpaste.me/ ?

Ok. I asked it on discord instead. Should probably have done that from the beginning
