The Handy issues. please help

I have tried with both software 3 and 4. My handy can connect to intiface but once intiface tries to send instructions it gets disconnected.

Once I am connected, If I manually press the “toggle oscilation“ button, the handy jolts not even 5% of the way up exactly once and then gets disconnected and this error message is displayed.

Any program that tries to send instructions via intiface can recognize that the handy is connected but cannot send any instructions.

Other toys work fine with intiface and my handy works with every other program.

Does anyone know how to fix this or at least what this error message means? The german part says “The process was cancelled by the user.“ but I never cancelled anything manually.

Someone else was saying that they needed the latest Handy firmware to resolve this issue, but we’ve not seen it ourselves - it does seem to be specific to the Handy though.

Small update. I reinstalled both python and intiface since (according to google) BTLE is a python library.
Now I get this error instead. The process is exactly the same. Handy connects, and loses connections upon first instruction.

I’ve never seen that error before… but Intiface doesn’t use python. There will undoubtedly be a BT4 (low energy) python library, but that’s going to be completely unrelated to this.
