Unable to connect to device syncro

When you purchase a new Isyncro, it seems to have been upgraded and is displayed as “syncro2”.
The discovered display is output to the log, but connection is not possible.
Is there any workaround?

Very possible.

@mark Can you try modifying your device config in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\com.nonpolynomial\intiface_central\config, changing

        ],

to

    "synchro": {
      "btle": {
        "names": [
          "Shinkuro",
          "synchro2",
          "synchro EX"
        ],

restart Intiface and let us know if that works?
